The Information & Referral (I&R) department is a one-stop resource providing the community with information and assistance about the valuable services and products available to low-income residents.

The objective is to maintain knowledgeable staff to answer the phone with a personal touch. We are dedicated to assisting clients through the complex and often cumbersome social service system.

• The Senior and Disabled Outreach Program  provides special services to vulnerable people in our community. Through home visits and referrals, the program helps people live independently in a safe and healthy environment.
• Jackson County Community Resource Guide , Community services throughout Jackson County.

Medical Equipment

The ACCESS Medical Equipment Program loans medical equipment to anyone with special equipment needs for as long as required. There are no special client requirements for participating in the program.

Medical Equipment Reservations:

Items can be reserved and held up to seven days under the client's name and phone number. The program hours are Monday to Thursday 1-4 pm.

Medical Equipment Donations:

Donations are gladly accepted and in-kind forms are available.
