If so, then this is the site for you. Since 1991, ACCESS has been a certified HUD Housing Counseling Agency. What this means is that we offer counseling, guidance and assistance to people who need help with their housing situation.   Southern Oregon Housing Resource Center. (SOHRC) is a "one-stop" clearinghouse for individuals and families to locate housing information products and service to help with housing related needs in both Jackson and Josephine Counties.   ABC’s Of Homebuying is a state approved homeownership education curriculum, taught in both English and Spanish, providing information on the process of purchasing a home.   Buyers Assistance Programs; assisting first time home purchasers to become "mortgage ready" through counseling, down payment programs and special mortgage products as available.   Other counseling services include pre/post purchase information, foreclosure intervention, and loss mitigation.   Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM); is a mortgage product available to persons age 62 and older who are considering how to use the established equity in their home as a way to supplement their personal income.
